   薛英娱自办一家“速递公司”，掌握介词速递工作，办理初中英语中名词的介词需要业务。在半年的工作中，发现介词on in at的需求量居速递业务之首，为了方便顾客，他特在学英语报上刊登广告业务，对这三个介词的本领加以包装，以便顾客查访。

年月周，in在前，on要常和日子联。 
上午下午把in用，遇有定语on来换。 
中午夜晚用at，更能独霸钟点前。
只表时间太轻松，三人还用地点前。
里in，on上，at点，in on有时还反串。

年、月、周和in联系，如：in 2004   in May（五月） in this week
具体日子要用on，如：on May 1 （五月一日）   on Sunday （星期日）
泛指上午、下午、晚上用in，如：in the morning  in the afternoon  in the evening
这些词前面或后面有了定语，要用on，如：on a cold morning （在一个寒冷的早
晨） on the afternoon of May 1 （五约一日早晨）
         中午夜里用介词at，如：at noon （中午）   at night（夜里）
         具体的钟点前面只能用at，如：at six（六点）  at ten（十点）
         三个介词还可以用来表地点，in表示“在……里”，on表示“在……上”，at表示“在……（地方）”。如：on the desk在桌上  in the desk在桌斗里
                   at home在家    at school在学校
         介词on in有时还进行角色互换，in on有时都表示“在……上”，
如：There is a door in the wall在墙上有个门。（门陷在墙里） 
There is a map on the wall墙上有张地图。（地图贴在墙上）
There is a bird in the tree 树上有只鸟。（鸟落在树上）
There is an apple in the tree  树上结着一只苹果。（苹果张在树上）
There is an apple on the newspaper 
报纸上放着一只苹果。（报纸垫在苹果下面）
                  There is a beautiful picture in the newspaper
报纸上有一幅美丽插图。（插图是报纸上的内容）
        on有时也可反串in，译成“在……里”，如：on the farm 在农场里
